Terms & Conditions
The working terms that apply to custom orders placed with GMB Custom Apparel.
These terms describe how custom orders are handled at GET ME BEDAZZLED LLC, doing business as GMB Custom Apparel. Custom decorated goods are produced to order and are treated differently from stock retail products.

Artwork and approvals
You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, spelling, names, numbers and sizing you submit. Production begins after you approve the digital mockup, and the approved mockup is what we produce.
By submitting artwork you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. We do not reproduce licensed or trademarked artwork without documented permission, with the exception of products covered by our Official ECU® license.
Turnaround and rush work
Quoted turnaround times begin after artwork approval and payment terms are met, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Rush production is available on many services and is quoted per project.
Delays caused by garment availability, shipping carriers or late approvals may move a completion date. We will notify you as soon as we know.
Returns on custom goods
Custom decorated items are made specifically for you and generally cannot be resold, so they are not returnable for reasons of size, color preference or change of mind. Please confirm sizing and colors before approving your mockup.
If an order does not match the approved mockup, or there is a production defect, contact us promptly and we will make it right.
Customer-supplied garments
We do not accept customer-supplied garments except uniforms specifically reviewed and approved by GMB. Confirm the uniform brand, style, fabric, quantity and applicable handling terms before purchasing or dropping off items.
Payment
Custom orders typically require payment or deposit before production begins. Buy now, pay later options offered at checkout are provided by third-party providers and subject to their approval and terms.

Customers who opt in may receive conversational and customer-care text messages concerning quote requests, new orders, reorders, artwork or mockup approvals, payment and order questions, production updates, pickup, shipping and delivery updates, and responses to customer inquiries.
