Yes! We encourage it. This helps maximize space and save money. You can upload your own gang sheet, or we can set one up for you.

Store transfers in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. When stored properly, they remain usable for up to 6–12 months.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text so you can follow its progress in real time.

  • What’s the difference between DTF and screen printing?

Direct-to-Film (DTF) and screen printing are both popular methods for customizing apparel, but they have key differences:

DTF Printing uses heat to transfer a printed design from film to fabric. It’s ideal for full-color, detailed artwork, gradients, and smaller runs. DTF works on a wide range of fabrics including cotton, polyester, blends, and even dark garments—with no minimums required.

Screen Printing involves pushing ink through a mesh stencil (screen) onto the garment. It’s best for larger quantity orders with simple, bold designs and fewer colors. Each color requires a separate screen, making setup more involved.

👉 If you need fast turnaround, vibrant full-color prints, or short runs, DTF is often the better option.

👉 If you’re printing hundreds of shirts with a simple logo, screen printing offers great durability and cost efficiency.

Need help choosing the best method for your order? Contact us and we’ll guide you based on your artwork and quantity.

  • What is Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing?

DTF is a process where your artwork is printed on special film and heat-transferred onto apparel using powder adhesive. It produces vibrant, full-color prints that work on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

  • Where are you located?

We’re proudly based in Greenville, North Carolina. Local customers can pick up orders directly from our shop.

  • Can you ship DTF transfers out of state?

Yes! We offer nationwide shipping, and same-day orders go out via priority mail or overnight services if needed.

  • . Is there a minimum quantity for DTF transfers?

No minimums! Whether you need 1 print or 100, we’re happy to help.

  • What type of artwork do you accept?

We recommend PNG, PSD, AI, or PDF files at 300 DPI with a transparent background. If you need help prepping your file, our design team can assist.

  • Can I upload a gang sheet?

Yes. If your artwork is already ganged and ready to print, just upload the file. We also offer gang sheet layout assistance if needed.

  • What size are your DTF sheets?

We offer multiple sheet sizes, including 13x12, 13x24, 13x48, and up to 13x200 or 22 x 20, 22x 40 inches etc for 24 hour turnaround time. . The number of images that fit per sheet depends on your artwork size.

  • Are your transfers cold peel or hot peel?

We use cold peel film because it produces sharper details, smoother finishes, and better adhesion to the fabric—especially on cotton and blended garments. Letting the transfer cool before peeling gives the ink time to fully bond with the garment fibers, which helps prevent lifting or cracking over time.

While it adds a brief wait during the process, cold peel ensures a higher-quality, longer-lasting finish that holds up better through washing and wear. For best results, we also recommend a quick second press with a Teflon sheet after peeling to lock in the design.

Quality is always our priority—cold peel is one of the ways we help deliver it consistently.

  • Will the colors be accurate to my file?

We use calibrated printers and premium inks to ensure color vibrancy and consistency. If your file has specific color requirements, let us know in advance.

  • What fabrics work best with DTF transfers?

DTF works on 100% cotton, polyester, tri-blends, fleece, denim, and more. It’s one of the most versatile print methods available.

  • Can I reorder the same design later?

We offer in-house graphic design support to clean up artwork, remove backgrounds, or layout gang sheets. Just let us know during upload.
