Purpose before product

A practical partner for your next project

A logo should still be recognizable when it moves from a website to an embroidered polo or a large banner. GMB approaches branding with those real applications in mind, helping Greenville-area startups and established organizations connect design decisions to the pieces they actually need.

Bring what already matters to your business: name, audience, values, existing artwork and examples you like or dislike. We review whether you need a new identity, a focused refresh or production-ready versions of an existing mark.

Who this is for

Startups, independent businesses, schools, teams, nonprofits, community programs and established companies preparing a thoughtful refresh.

Start with your goal, artwork status and required date. We confirm options and scope before you commit.

What we can coordinate

Logo Design & Branding

Choose the pieces your project needs. Availability, specifications and scope are confirmed during consultation.

01

New logo concepts

Explore a design direction around your business name, audience and intended uses.

02

Logo refreshes

Review what to preserve in an existing mark and where clarity or reproduction can improve.

03

Color & typography direction

Choose a practical palette and readable type for digital and physical applications.

04

Production-ready variations

Discuss simplified marks, one-color versions and appropriate file formats.

05

Apparel & uniform artwork

Adapt the approved identity to print locations, embroidery scale and garment colors.

06

Print & signage layouts

Coordinate business cards, flyers, banners and customer-facing graphics.

07

Launch brand kits

Scope the essentials needed for an opening or rebrand without purchasing every possible item.

08

Brand-use guidance

Agree on the documentation and approved versions your team needs to use the identity consistently.

Choose with confidence

Before you decide

Define the brief

Explain who you serve, how customers find you and what the design must communicate. References clarify preferences without copying another brand.

List real applications

A detailed illustration and a small embroidered mark have different limits. Identify those uses before selecting a direction.

Agree on deliverables

Confirm concept scope, review rounds, formats, ownership terms and any licensed font or image requirements in the proposal.

Keep approval focused

Choose a decision-maker and consolidate feedback. Production artwork should follow the approved design, not competing versions.

Good questions, clear answers

Logo Design & Branding FAQs

Can you work with my existing logo?

Yes. Send the best original file you have and describe what needs to change. Sometimes vector preparation or a simpler production version is more appropriate than a full rebrand.

Do I need a different file for embroidery?

Embroidery requires a stitch file prepared for the garment and scale. A vector logo is a useful starting point, but digitizing is a separate production step.

What files will I receive?

The proposal should identify the agreed formats and deliverables. Discuss editable files, print-ready vectors, digital exports and usage guidance before approving the project.

Will you register a trademark for me?

Design work is not trademark clearance or legal registration. You are responsible for confirming rights to the name and artwork; seek qualified legal advice where needed.

Can the branding project include a website or launch materials?

Yes, those can be coordinated as a scoped bundle. We identify the design, print, apparel and website deliverables rather than assume they are all included.
